BRIDGE General Assembly 2026

The BRIDGE General Assembly 2026 will take place on 23–24 March 2026 in Brussels and online, bringing together representatives from Horizon Europe projects, European Commission services, and a wide range of energy stakeholders.

The event will provide a platform to showcase the progress of ongoing projects, exchange policy insights, and explore collaborative strategies shaping the future of European energy innovation. 

Discussions will focus on how collaborative research and innovation can strengthen Europe’s energy grids in the context of rapid electrification, renewable energy integration, and emerging security challenges.

Key topics will include:

• the digitalisation and automation of grid infrastructure,
• interoperability and sector integration,
• flexibility and storage solutions for renewable integration,
• risk management addressing both physical and cyber threats.

The programme will encourage exchanges across projects and working groups, fostering synergies and supporting the continued development of the European energy innovation ecosystem.

The event will be held at The Skyline, Rue de Trèves 74, Brussels, and will also be accessible online via TEAMS.
